As my family rounded the bend for our annual Canadian summer vacation, a Texaco Gasoline would always greet us at the entrance to the lodge. Ever since then, I always had a facination for these old vintage gasoline signs and memorabilia. Perhaps it is a glance into a past generation, where people made an honest living, were more good natured, and a time when it didn’t cost a small fortune to fill up the family car…
