Lower Falls

Been a little sporatic about publishing pictures lately… truth is, I’ve been on a bit of vacation to both Washington State, and Chicago, Illinois. I have plenty of pictures from both of these trips to share, but they will need to be processed and I’ll need to try to remember some interesting tidbits about all the places I visited. Until then… here’s today’s picture…

This is the gorge trail view of the Lower Falls at the Old Man’s Cave area of Hocking Hills. My buddy and I stayed at the campgrounds (the entrance of which is about 200ft. behind that bridge) so I was able to get to this spot quite early in the morning before anyone else was here. You can also see this feature from the Rim Trail, although like most Rim Trails in Hocking Hills, you stand a good chance of falling to your death quite easily if you don’t pay attention to where you’re walking.
