You are looking at the famous Bo’s Fish Restaurant on the corner of William and Caroline Streets near Mallory Square in Key West, Florida. “A restaurant,” you say?! Amazed, aren’t you? Well, I was… I took this pic because I was enthralled by the old truck with the abundance of stickers; but at the time I just assumed it was another souvenir shop peddling antique lobster buoy’s. I was wrong… Apparently, this restaurant is somewhat of a local legend in Key West.

The owner, Buddy Owen, started the restaurant out of the back of the truck you see here, thirty years ago. The food truck was fantastically popular, and so the business grew, and overtime accumulated the eclectic motley of sea-trash that comprises the outer (and inner) structure that’s there today. Many famous food reviewers have visited, including Bobby Flay. Apparently, they have a pretty epic fish sandwich and the fries are especially delicious. Sadly, I wouldn’t know… Next time, however, I will have to give it a shot.
